- 2 tins St Mamet whole cherries
- 4 eggs
- 90g cane sugar
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 200g flour
- 60cl whole milk
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom
> Preheat your oven to 180°C.
> In a large bowl: break your eggs, add the sugar and vanilla and mix. Then add the sifted flour in batches, followed by a pinch of salt. Finally, add the milk a little at a time, mixing well, and the orange blossom.
> Place the cherries in a buttered mold, draining them well beforehand. Pour the batter over them and bake for 35 minutes.
> As soon as it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with cane sugar or powdered sugar for an extra touch of deliciousness!
