- 1 tin St Mamet pears
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 100g almond powder
- 100g butter
- 100g pastry chocolate
> Preheat oven to 200°C.
> Mix the soft butter, almond paste and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Beat in the 2 eggs, then mix into the mixture.
> Place the pastry in a pie tin.
> Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, then coat the tart base. Pour over the almond mixture, then the pears.
> Bake the tart in the lower part of the oven for 30 minutes, checking from time to time.
