Pineapple and magret bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of farmhouse bread
  • 16 slices smoked duck breast
  • 1 jar cream cheese spread
  • 1 tin St Mamet pineapple slices
  • Chives
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Bruschetta preparation

  1. Cut your farmhouse bread into 8 slices and toast them.
  2. Spread the fromage frais generously on your toast, then alternate between slices of St Mamet pineapple and slices of smoked duck breast.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and a few pieces of chives on top.
  4. It's ready! Enjoy immediately when the bread is crisp.
