- 2 boxes of 250g St Mamet lychees
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 30cl milk
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
> Preheat oven to 210°C
> Make a well with the flour and add the eggs one after the other. Add the salt, sugar and milk.
> Arrange the St Mamet lychees in the bottom of the dish.
> Add the dough.
> Bake for 35 minutes at 210 degrees.
