Mini skewers of duck breast, pears, honey and rosemary

Ingredients
1.2 kg fat-free duck breast
salt and pepper
1 bunch fresh rosemary
5 tbsp. olive oil
10½ st Mamet pears
5 tbsp honey
30 mini skewer picks.
Preparation
Preparing the skewers
Remove the fat from your duck breasts
cut into small cubes measuring approximately 1 cm by 1 cm.
Make pear cubes the same size.
Mix with duck pieces and season with: salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, olive oil and honey.
Arrange on skewers.
Cook with a drizzle of olive oil, starting hot, for 2 minutes over medium heat, turning regularly.
