Mini skewers of duck breast, pears, honey and rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg fat-free duck breast
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 10½ st Mamet pears
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 30 mini skewer picks.

Preparation

Preparing the skewers

  • Remove the fat from your duck breasts
  • cut into small cubes measuring approximately 1 cm by 1 cm.
  • Make pear cubes the same size.
  • Mix with duck pieces and season with: salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, olive oil and honey.
  • Arrange on skewers.
  • Cook with a drizzle of olive oil, starting hot, for 2 minutes over medium heat, turning regularly.
