Remove the fat from the chicken breasts if necessary. Cut into cubes the size of the pineapple pieces.
Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Add the olive oil and marinate for 20 minutes.
Alternate the chicken and pineapple on the skewers, 2 pieces each.
Sear on the plancha and cook for 2 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
You can accompany these brochettes with a lightly spiced Thai sauce.
